Ankur A. Sahu

Mr. Ankur Sahu, is Co-Head of the Merchant Banking Division (MBD) of Goldman Sachs in Asia Pacific. He is a member of the MBD Corporate Investment Committee, MBD Risk Committee and the Asia Pacific Management Committee. Mr. Sahu joined Goldman Sachs in 1998, as an Associate in the High Technology Investment Banking Group, San Francisco and moved to the Principal Investment Area portfolio in 2000. He was named Managing Director in 2005 and Partner in 2006. Mr. Sahu serves on the Boards of Antuit Holdings Pte. Ltd.,DEN Networks Ltd., Global Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd., Japan Renewable Energy Co. Ltd., ReNew Power Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and PRL Developers Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Trustees at Tufts University and Dasra Global Council. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
Mr. Sahu graduated summa cum laude in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University in 1991 and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1996.
